Most trackers take your word for it. Debtly asks for the screenshot, deducts the amount, files the evidence as a PDF, and tells you exactly what is left — in every currency you owe it in.
No card required. Your proofs stay private to your account.

How it works
A balance is a claim. A proof is a fact.
Four steps, and the evidence is generated for you at step three. You never have to remember to file anything.
Step 01
Log what you owe
Who, how much, which currency, and when it is due. Money you lent out is tracked the same way, pointing the other direction.

Features
Built around one stubborn idea
That a number you typed in yourself is not the same thing as a number you can prove.
Proof by default
Every payment asks for a screenshot. Recording one without evidence is possible — but it has to say why, and the entry is marked manual forever.
44 currencies, one number
Each debt keeps the currency it was created in. The dashboard converts everything into your default currency with live rates, and tells you when the rates are stale.
A vault you can hand over
One PDF per payment, one proof pack per debt, and an account-wide statement — cover page, ledger table and every screenshot, in order.
A ledger that cannot drift
Balances are recomputed from the payment rows on every change, never incremented in place. Delete a payment and the debt correctly reopens.
Both directions
Money you owe and money owed to you live side by side, filtered separately, and net out into a single position at the top.
Private by construction
Proof files are never served statically. Every download checks the session and the owner first, and deleting your account erases the vault with it.

Every screenshot becomes a document
Debtly does not just store your image. It renders a PDF with the amount, the counterparty, the date, the balance before and after, and a SHA-256 of the exact bytes you uploaded.
- One PDF receipt per payment, generated the moment it lands
- A proof pack per debt: cover, ledger table, every screenshot in order
- An account statement across every currency, converted and dated
- Downloads are authenticated — a proof URL is useless to anyone else

FAQ
The questions worth answering
That is the default, because it is the point of the product. You can still record a payment without one — Debtly asks for a short reason instead, marks the entry as manual, and keeps that distinction in the PDF and the ledger forever. You can also relax the requirement account-wide in settings.
Stop remembering. Start proving.
Set up your first debt in under a minute. The evidence trail builds itself from there.
